Pre-64 Eastern Carbine' Vintage lever action repeating rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, manufactured in New Haven, CT circa 1952. Features a blued finish, 20" tapered barrel, full-length tube magazine, ramped, hooded blade/bead front sight, sporting rear sight, smooth trigger, serrated hammer spur, steel receiver, two barrel bands, a third non-factory barrel band with sling swivel has been installed. smooth walnut forend and straight grip shoulder stock with knurled metal buttplate, sling swivel installed on the underside of buttstock. Bore is very good/bright. Retains about 80% finish with edge losses, handling wear, scratches. Wood is sound/very good condition with minor scratches/dents, action is smooth.
